Return and Refund Policy

LumaNook Limited (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”) provides the following terms for order cancellations and returns.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped. If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns (14-Day Policy)
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags must be attached

Item must be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to return:

Email us at talk@LumaNookCo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

We will email you the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service
Return shipping cost:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

We do not charge a restocking fee
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards
-
Items marked “Final Sale”

Underwear, swimwear, or face masks (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation.
If approved:

Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If rejected:

We will email you the reason and send the item back to you (you will be charged for return shipping)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again

Contact your credit card company or bank

If you’ve done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at talk@LumaNookCo.com
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at talk@LumaNookCo.com.
